Good New Roof, Good Staff, Good Company
On a scale of 1-5, Patriot Roofing is an overall 10. Our salesman presented the company's estimate, what would and would not be done without misleading or exaggerated claims. No high-pressure arm twisting here. The estimate was detailed and providing a clear scope of work so everyone knows what would be included. Of the 17 roofing companies I interviewed his approach made me list Patriot in the top 4. As we closed the contract I could see that his attitude was a result of a top-down company values on display. The roofing crew was wonderful! as they were working they kept the disruption to a minimum, yet seemed to work in concert with each other. Salvador and Eberardo were the project managers. They were just outstanding as a group and as individuals in their workmanship, professionalism, & courteousness in their care of my property. Organizational values and culture begin at the top. The owner sends a message, often a very subtle message of what is really important and what has true value. It is clear that this organization values: Honesty Dependability Hard work Excellent Workmanship Personal Integrity And that each employee has in some form, bound themselves to these values.
