Rapid response, next day service after call. Eliesar Perez did a great job figuring out where the problem was. Did a though inspection of the roof from the attic and on top. Did a top notch job ensuring that the leak was isolated and repaired. Showed up with all the correct shingles and materials to ensure rapid completion of the task. Thank you Eli for a job well done.
Warranty Repair
I called the Patriot Roofing office regarding a leak under an eave late in the day yesterday and had a worker on site for repairs before 9AM the next morning. Eli Perez listened patiently to where I thought the leak might be and then did a thorough inspection of the roof from the attic and on top. Our roof which is about three years old shows absolutely no signs of any leaks from the attic and in the end Eli found a leak essentially right at the junction of the roof and gutter which allowed leakage on the inside of the eave. He removed and replaced several shingles and the underlayment to verify the cause of the leak and ensure that it was fixed. I was very pleased with Patriot Roofing's rapid response to a warranty issue and the job Eli did in repairing the leak. I highly recommend Patriot Roofing for all roofing projects and they back up their quality work with an excellent warranty that they absolutely support!
Went the Extra Mile
The entire process was very well done. I have nothing but praise for the roofers and the gutter person who also went the extra mile to reattach my rain chain and touch-up paint where the new plywood under the eaves was attached.

The crew who repaired a roof leak for me last winter "won" you the chance to propose. Kyle did a great job reviewing the job and explaining the proposal. Jose and the team did a great job on the project - responsive, courteous, and extremely hardworking. Eberardo was very responsive to fix a couple of small follow-up items.
Impressive!
The crews who worked on my house were very impressive. It was interesting to see such well-coordinated work. Everyone knew what to do and when. Everyone was respectful, my yard was cleaned up every night. And I'm very happy with my new roof and mostly new garage. Thank you all for the hard work.

Don't Change A Thing
Miguel did a great job explaining everything before the job started. Salvador and his crew kept everything cleaned up during the process. Eberardo came by before our final payment and took care of some things that needed to be done. We are very happy with our new roof.
