Overall the job went extremely well, beginning with the estimator Kraig P. to the project manager Salvador M. and his crew to David P. and crew and Eberardo A. working as an inspector. The use of safety lines was oversold and misrepresented actual use. We are convinced that Patriot Roofing is an outstanding roofing company and is clearly focused on the highest quality installations. Patriot Roofing was the first company we called to bid based upon the company's website presentation. Spending time with Kraig discussing the detail of his findings and proposed scope of work left us feeling confident that we didn't need to evaluate other companies. The quality of installation and performance by all confirms that we made the correct decision.

Appreciate the Communication!
There were 2 small issues, but both were taken care of. One was some roofing that sliced through a window screen, but they took it with them to fix it and got it right back to us. The other was that someone had paint on the bottom of their shoes and walked across our paving stones. We appreciated the communication from everyone throughout the process and the attention to detail. We appreciated the follow-up and walkthrough pictures too.
Quality and professional from start to finish
Patriot Roofing has been professional from start to finish. Kraig came out on the smokiest day of the year and spent HOURS tediously going over all of the details to ensure we had the best experience and most accurate bid. Our roof on our home and garage were in dire shape. Not only did we need a new roof, but we also needed quite a bit of new structural construction done on our home from all of the water damage over the years. The work crew that re-roofed our entire roof was SO respectful of our family and our property. The work, quality, professionalism has all been OUTSTANDING. And the final product looks amazing and sound. Our family HIGHLY recommends Patriot Roofing to anyone needing a new roof.

Everyone knew what they were doing and were very polite. Even when I called them by a different name than their own. They all seem to get along together and were a unit, Hard-working. Impressed that they repaired a corner of fascia, left-front. Thank them all for a great job done.
Warranty Work
Rapid response, next day service after call. Eliesar Perez did a great job figuring out where the problem was. Did a though inspection of the roof from the attic and on top. Did a top notch job ensuring that the leak was isolated and repaired. Showed up with all the correct shingles and materials to ensure rapid completion of the task. Thank you Eli for a job well done.
Warranty Repair
I called the Patriot Roofing office regarding a leak under an eave late in the day yesterday and had a worker on site for repairs before 9AM the next morning. Eli Perez listened patiently to where I thought the leak might be and then did a thorough inspection of the roof from the attic and on top. Our roof which is about three years old shows absolutely no signs of any leaks from the attic and in the end Eli found a leak essentially right at the junction of the roof and gutter which allowed leakage on the inside of the eave. He removed and replaced several shingles and the underlayment to verify the cause of the leak and ensure that it was fixed. I was very pleased with Patriot Roofing's rapid response to a warranty issue and the job Eli did in repairing the leak. I highly recommend Patriot Roofing for all roofing projects and they back up their quality work with an excellent warranty that they absolutely support!
Went the Extra Mile
The entire process was very well done. I have nothing but praise for the roofers and the gutter person who also went the extra mile to reattach my rain chain and touch-up paint where the new plywood under the eaves was attached.
