My insurance company recommended Patriot Roofing after some limbs damaged my roof this last winter. Following a couple of meetings and some online research, I chose them to complete my roof replacement. In my opinion, I struck gold -- the craftsmanship, attention to detail, customer service, and value were more than I expected. Jim took the time to tell me clearly what to expect, and Alejandro's team did great work, finishing ahead of schedule and thoroughly cleaning up at the end of each day. The biggest compliment I can give is that I will strongly recommend them to all family and friends that are ever in need of Patriot's services.

Found you online and read good reviews. We also drove by houses where Patriot replaced the roof.....recommended by Patriot (John)....and liked what we saw. We chose Patriot over others for the price, reviews and information provided by John. He also gave a flat out rate, well presented and didn't say.....well, if you agree now we'll reduce by this much. We had one company reduce the price 4 times in one evening. Not pushy salesman...upfront and honest on costs, procedure, timeline, etc. etc.

Sales rep was very knowledgeable about roofing.
He gave us a written quote vs. just a ball part figure and gave us written specifics about what would happen with the job. Very professional. Others companies did not give us a written break down of charges in their quotes. Some didn't even go up to the roof to look at it before giving us a quote.

I called in a panic with my roof leaking on saturday morning > they came out very quickly with 3 crew and promptly found out the cause of the leak and fixed it ....great job . the lead person on the phone and the work lead were very fair and friendly. Very good work...

All our questions seemed equally important to representative and handled promptly. Mike Talpai couldn't have more professional or easier to deal with. All our phone calls were attended to immediately and in a friendly manner.
Smooth process
Sales person that came out was very knowledgeable of roofing. He pointed out thing that needed attention. No other contractor mentioned it. They weren't the cheapest. Cheap isn't always the best.
