You put my roof on 2/15/13 but I never got around to complimenting you on the terrific job for which I apologize. Last Monday we discovered a leak so I called your office. A few hours later Charlie Sorensen and his co-worker (didn't catch his name) were up on my roof in pouring rain making repairs to a vent cover! I could not believe this service. I sent out a message to 6,597 neighbors via a neighborhood service letting everyone know how much I appreciated Patriot Roofing.

This is a very high luck to the roofer who came out to repair under warranty and unexpected leak. His professional approach put us at ease. His diligence at making the job was reassuring as well as helping reaffirm our faith in Patriot Roofing. It was speedy with the first gentleman ascertain the problem and the follow-up fix was great. Thank you and high kudos to the guy (even if English was not first language) he put us at ease and got the essentials across.
