A bit of advice to give customers: If getting a new deck cover items in your attic with tarps to make cleanup easier in that area. We didn't realize the amount of grit that would come through the old shiplap. So, You did great! We were pleased with everyone's punctuality, manner, care, & professionalism - and relieved that the roof and experience is and was good! Thanks for being careful with our home and the landscape. We have never had such an awesome experience with a contractor. Every one of you is excellent - knowledge of the job, attitude, and manner of all workers. No mess was left - not one bush - Heck! not one flower was trampled. The noise was totally bearable. I thought that given the job it would be really bad, but most of the time my husband snores louder than the noise made while doing the excellent new and underlying repair.

Above and Beyond Expectations
When we decided it was time for a new roof, we did our homework and had four different bids. The numbers came in across the board with some being unrealistically low, as well as high. We weren't looking for the least expensive, just a trustworthy company that would stand behind their work, do it in a professional and timely manner for a reasonable price. We totally found that with Patriot. They were always either on time or early for appointments, were professional and courteous, and took pride in their work.
