You have a great, no, outstanding business plan and great people carrying it out. No one referred me to you, but I was so impressed from the very beginning, great job well done. EB did a great job. In fact, all your guys did a great job. You should have videotaped the gutter crews getting the 90-degree gutter lined up - going around the trees while staying in a straight line. I enjoyed watching the process. The roofing crew was my favorite. What a team!

A bit of advice to give customers: If getting a new deck cover items in your attic with tarps to make cleanup easier in that area. We didn't realize the amount of grit that would come through the old shiplap. So, You did great! We were pleased with everyone's punctuality, manner, care, & professionalism - and relieved that the roof and experience is and was good! Thanks for being careful with our home and the landscape.
